Course Catalog: Top Chinese Foundation course
The Top Chinese International Foundation course is designed for young learners aged 4-8.
This course teaches Chinese systematically, focusing on characters, words, and practical language use. It covers themes like health and society, integrating Chinese culture throughout. Students progress gradually through five units per book, gaining proficiency in writing and communication.

Chinese Language Art Beginner L1
Students learn numbers from one to twenty, as well as basic greetings and expressions. They also cover personal pronouns, polite forms of address, and common phrases for expressing gratitude, apologies, and courtesy. Additionally, they learn vocabulary related to family, school, and professions. The lessons provide a foundation for basic communication skills in Chinese, focusing on essential vocabulary and expressions for everyday interactions. Students learn to recognize, write, and use characters while developing listening and speaking abilities. The course aims to provide a foundation for effective communication in Chinese.
Chinese Language Art Beginner L4
In the first set of lessons, students learn about various topics like weather, clothing, describing rooms, hobbies, school life, school subjects, leisure activities, Chinese culture, and painting.
In the second set, they cover telephone numbers, languages, telling time, daily routines, lunchtime, transportation, feeling hungry, Chinese culture, and the Four Treasures of the Study.
Chinese Language Art Beginner L2
Students learn various topics like numbers, basic phrases, and everyday tasks. They start with numbers up to forty and learn words for friends, school activities, and simple games. Later, they cover clothing, personal care, and colors. They also learn important verbs like "search" and "wear," as well as words describing colors. This course helps students communicate effectively in Chinese by focusing on everyday vocabulary and expressions.
Chinese Language Art Beginner L3
Students learn about school supplies, technology, directions, animals, activities, food, nature, and celestial objects across different lessons. They cover items like school bags, computers, pencil cases, and words for up, down, in, and behind. Animals such as ox and sheep are introduced, and activities like singing and dancing are also included. Food items like bread and egg are taught, and nature-related terms such as tree and flower. Celestial objects like the sun and moon are included, along with vegetables and items like stone and juice.
